Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all quotations, orders, manufacture and installation work supplied by Homestyle Bespoke Shutters & Blinds Ltd ("we", "us"). Placing an order with us confirms your acceptance of these terms.
1. Quotations
All quotations are written, itemised and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Surveys are provided free of charge and impose no obligation to proceed.
2. Orders & deposits
A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order. Manufacture begins once you sign and return the written quotation to confirm. Final balance is due on the day of installation, payable by bank transfer or card.
3. Lead times
Indicative lead times: UK handcrafted shutters 4–6 weeks; international shutter range 10–12 weeks; blinds and curtains 2–3 weeks. Where a quoted lead time will be exceeded by more than 7 days, we will contact you in writing to confirm a revised installation date.
4. Survey accuracy
All products are manufactured to dimensions captured by our surveyor. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property to enable a complete survey. We accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the dimensions we measure.
5. Installation
Installation dates are confirmed in writing once manufacture is complete. You agree to provide reasonable access on the agreed date and to clear the immediate working area in advance. We protect floors and furnishings using dust sheets and remove all packaging on completion.
6. Title & risk
Title in the goods passes to you on full payment. Risk in installed goods passes to you on completion of fitting and your sign-off.
7. Warranty
We provide a 10-year shutter warranty against material or workmanship defects on all shutters, blinds and curtains, and a lifetime tilt-rod warranty on every shutter we hang. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, abnormal humidity outside the product's specification, or third-party alterations.
8. Aftercare
Same-week call-out is provided free of charge for any post-installation adjustment requested within 12 months of completion. After that period, post-warranty adjustments are chargeable at our published call-out rate.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel an order without charge before manufacture commences. Once manufacture has begun, a reasonable contribution to costs incurred to date may be retained. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
10. Liability
Our maximum liability in connection with any order is limited to the contract value of that order, except where excluded by law (including liability for personal injury or fraud).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
